    So got new maf sensor ,but notice pool of oil at bottom of the intake ,clean out best i could ,starts right up and no triangle
    Is oil something big ?

    Once I started leaving about 1/4" under the "F" on the dip-stick, it eventually went away.

    Do you still have the old MAF, clean it with MAF cleaner, let it air dry then put it back in.

    Is the MAF aftermarket or Toyota?

    Also did you insure the connector "CLICKED" in, remove it to see if connectors are straight.

    went back out after 5 hrs started right up no lights ran fine drove 10 miles
    Now what
    I did start and restart 3 times kinda fast could I have flooded it ?

    Don't worry about it, it is good now :D

    Sometimes the the starter will over heat on some cars, a cool down will allow to start again.
