Prius won't start

    I wasn't using a voltmeter, I was using a snap-on battery tester

    Went out to the car this morning and it had the same issue again unplugged the steering control module under the dash and it started up again, not sure how to permanently fix this

    could the other end of the wiring harness from the ecu be loose or a short somewhere that changes when you unplug and plug into the ecu?

    If it continues and I can't figure out the cause, I'm just going to add a toggle switch to whatever wire in the harness is causing the issue
