    yes, makes it tough to look at them. okay, pretty easy to find. looks terrible, but i'm no expert. what's your opinion?

    I think that looks pretty bad, perhaps bad piston rings?
    Is it burning a lot of oil?

    It was scary fast for a 350. But I had it during the Arab oil embargo and the gas tank only had about a 90 mile range. That part wasn't so fun when I ran out of gas at 1 AM on I-5 in Northern CA. LOL!

    Indeed! And do you have pix on the spark plugs? Oily, Im guessing?

    So no oil burning. But the intake has alot of blowby oil. I put on a catch can just to see if it cleans things up. Sucks the dealer won't fix the engine. I use chevron 90 percent of the time. I use 0w20 Toyota brand. Also I change the oil every 5kAmazing for 50k plus miles. Right! . I'm still under 60k warrantyYes plugs were oily. I have been getting knock start. I'm thinking it's the oil from the blowby.

    I wonder what others looks like and if this is something I can have the dealer fix.. And yes my spark plus were wet.

    From working with Toyota... They work like this... No check engine light.. Car is fine.

    This is very surprising. Thank you for posting this. It makes me worry about my 2012 with 102k miles on it.

    Definitely keep us updated if you get anything out of them on this.

    What you need to show this to the Service Representative....and pinpoint the cause...Since you are not using any oil...there is something bad
    Fuel
    Suction for crank case
    Oil over filling
    This is not good for 50k engine.....

    What also show on one of your pictures ....your spark plug torque spec are not right....some of them are way to loose
