    I need your help to solve this fault code ..or to know the reason behind it..
    I have cleaned the hybrid battery fan because i thought this was the reason but no..still the alarm came..

    No SM-N9208 just P0A80
    It's 2012 with 150000 kilometres
    So it's a must to change the HV battery?!

    it's not the year, it's the km's. while not excessive, in warmer climates, it's not out of the question. it sometimes depends nowhere it is parked all day.
    you can get a second opinion. are there any symptoms besides the dash lights and codes?
    it might be worth checking the 12v health, just to be sure it isn't causing a false code.

    if it turns out to be a bad hybrid battery, there are repair options, but they are complicated, and don't hold up like a new battery.

    The hybrid battery blocks gives me reads between 16.1v and 16.24v which is good.. but why this fault code came??!!!

    are you testing them while driving? you must put a load on them to get a correct differential.
