06 HV Battery Module Replacement

    Did you replace 1 module in block 8? Or 2?

    Ok well good news. Looks like I was stupid and did not tighten one side of the bolts for block 14 and 13(closest to the controller) or modules 1-4 in my chart on page 1. I have tightened the bolts and the errors have been cleared. I am driving it around now and it seems to be looking good and relatively balanced with the other batteries. I think that I will do another long charge and balance. My replaced module (block 11) still seems to be lagging a bit behind, but is pretty close. JC91006 I think some of the voltage difference was due to accelerating during the "Power Breaking".

    Below are some more screen shots after tightening up the nuts on the modules.

    I think you replaced block 8? not 11.

    Anyways, if there are no errors, great. Do a 15 hour charge, then discharge to 134v. Then a 24 hour charge/balance. That should be good.
