It's been 2 weeks and I still cant get entune to work. I am using Entune and not Entune 3.0. It seems the software in my car is updated to the correct version. I have a iphone 4s. Bluetooth works fine streaming from my music as well as making calls. I just cannot get Entune to connect. It looks like all you need is bluetooth to be paired for it to work but I must be missing something here.

The standard Entune setup with an iPhone requires you to use the USB cable. There is an advanced setup that allows you to use DUN via Bluetooth but it depends on your level of tech and what cell phone provider you have. If you have T-Mobile I can send you the steps.

Sorry for the delay. Here is the how I have my radio/Entune setup, these sets will only work if you have T-Mobile as your cell phone provider.
    1. Turn on the mobile/personal hotspot on your phone.
    2. Go into Setup on your radio.
    3. Select Bluetooth
    4. Select Paired Device List
    5. Select your phone (assuming your phone is paired with your radio)
    6. Select the gear to the right of Connect for Internet IMG_0451.JPG
    7. Select DUN/PAN Connections. IMG_0452.JPG
    8. Select Provider. IMG_0453.JPG
    9. Select APN and enter "fast.t-mobile.com". IMG_0454.JPG
    10. Go back to the prior menu, and select Entune Account
    11. Enter your Entune account information.
    12. Go back to the prior menu, and check the "Enable DUN/PAN Connections"
That should be it. You need to make sure your mobile personal hotspot is enabled before you try to connect to any Entune apps (I just leave mine running all the time so I do not forget).
