Hello Everyone! I'm trying to locate a wiring Diag. for the BAT. VOLTAGE SENSORS to the connector plug-in. The original melted pretty bad and I'm rewiring them. Does anyone have a link?
    Thank You
    Tony

I'm guessing you're referring to this post, which you've found already. :)

But since I'm replying anyway, I wonder if you've seen that you can buy that whole bus and sense wire assembly for about $123 and be done with it, or even a battery rebuilding kit that includes that assembly plus the other internal wiring and a bunch of other hardware and sells for less money, if you order from a dealer that still has stock.

I personally would not fool around reconstructing that harness, even if I had the patience for it. The wires are thin, the insulation is thinner, I don't know its composition, there are ~ 300 volt gradients between some closely spaced points in that assembly, and when stuff doesn't go right it burns the car up.

Other than that, nothin' to it. :) For $112 or $123 I'd bite the bullet and buy it.

Do what Chap says. Better to do it right once then have the whole thing burst into flames. Welcome to the forum. Another source for this part is Camelback Toyota, who has an online store, free shipping, and and a 10% off discount if you go get the code from the 4 Runner forum. I got a supposedly NLA center dash from them for well under $200, shipped.
