Whereabouts on the engine are you talking about?
What kind of noise are you referring to?
What sort of mileage does the engine have?

I can hear a tapping noise but I’m not sure if that’s what you are referring to.

Sir watch this video again please, the noise is coming from engine's down side and its not tapping noise, noise is like something cracking, engine's total mileage is about 79 thousand and engine performance is good but this noise is really scary :(

I think the noise that's bugging him, is this kinda rapid drumming/knocking, intermittent sound, over top of the regular engine sound.

Now you have pointed that out I can hear it.
It sounds like something is loose and banging/rattling about, but what I cannot tell

few days ago before 79 thousand miles, transmission oil was less than 4 liter, 1 liter was less

I have a very similar noise in my 2010, it’s now done 141,000 and never had a transmission oil change.
When I’ve had a listen around for it I would have said it comes from transmission and not engine.
I have a very limited knowledge of cvt transmission but my first thought was the drive belt making that noise, as it gets warmer the noise stops because whatever it’s running against expands and so reduces the “slack”

I don’t think that’s a connecting rod, but the only way to check that would be to take the head off and measure the piston against the deck height

This was determined by drained amount, during a replacement?

The spec'd. amount at replacement is 3.3 liters, so if 3.0 liters drained, that is not far off. Proper level is most simply achieved by filling with the car level, till it's starts coming back out of the fill hole, wait till the overflow subsides, then install fill bolt. Doing this, it takes me a bit over 3.5 lliters, maybe a bit more. There's a small amount of spill involved.

So, while I don't know enough to comment on it being the transaxle, at least the level doesn't seem overly low. How did that drained fluid look. If it's first drain I'd expect it to be quite dark.

I thinkbyou need to post more details on the noise from that car. You've got different noises just coming out from the engine

This sounds exactly like the knocking from a blown head gasket. Misfire at start up or condensation inside the intake manifold.
