No Response from Priuschat Shop

    I ordered sunshade from priuschat shop at Jan 29th and the order status was changed as shipped two days after.

    But today I still have not received my order and tried to use the tracking number on USPS website. USPS shows the tracking label was created, but still awaiting the item for shipping.

    this is really weird? why show "shipped" when not item was shipped out?

    I sent a couple of messages and email through the website, but no one response. even I left the text message at customer service number.

    I also googled and founded out priuschat shop does not have good reputation on customer service. now I regret for ordering the item at priuschat shop.

    Just like to warn others be aware of this issue about priuschat shop and avoid the same problem as mine.

    welcome. this has been happening since time immemorial. they will show up eventually, hopefully before you sell the car. have you called the phone number?

    bisco, the first thing I did was to call the customer service number. But no one picked it up for three days.

    It seems that there is no customer service at all for PC shop.

    Email him and tell him you will file a dispute with your credit card if it is not shipped. I threatened that, and I was going to do it until he responded.

    It is beginning to look like there really is NOTHING left at the PC Shop.......except maybe some software running on auto-pilot.
    Watch your credit card charges carefully.

    This has been a repeated problem for quite some time. The PC Shop is run by the PriusChat owner/founder, who has been AWOL-MIA for a long time -- last May, by one posting timestamp, 1 year ago by another indicator.

    Be ready to appeal through your credit card provider if you don't get service within legal time.

    i can't even find danny's account anymore to pm him. i have reported this to the mods to see if they can contact him.

    In the Search menu, type his name in directly, it is there. But like numerous 'banned' members, it no longer comes up as a suggestion, so you must remember the exact spelling.

    I will wait one more week and file a dispute with my credit card company if I still could not receive my order.

    Of course, I will keep eyes on my credit card account.

    I apologize. You should not need to go through this.

    I do not know what it will take for the moderators here to take this situation seriously. I know they seem to be able to contact Danny when they need to.
    I recently started a thread about a minor issue with the shop menus. A moderator said Danny would need to fix it. I noticed it was fixed quickly, by Danny I assume.

    I understand he updated the forum software a while back and that seemed to help stability here. @cyberpriusII mentioned he had been traveling Japan and blogging about it. He should be able to show the site some care and attention wherever he is.

    I haven't heard any complaints about mal-action by him, only non-action.

    My only transactions with the PC Shop were about five or six years ago, when he was normally fairly prompt at attending to the business.
