Quick flashing turn signals when unlocking

    I recently just got a 2008 prius with 186k miles, I just had oil change, alignment plus new tires done and plan on changing the cabin filter pretty soon but my problem only right now is that when i unlock the car the blinkers quickly flash for a few sec then go away but if i’m locking the car nothing happens. don’t know what this could be? a fuse maybe?

    i mostly use the keynob, and when i open the door that happens

    One flash for lock; two flashes for unlock when using the key fob and also the SKS. Nothing if using the metal key. Using the metal key to unlock when locked via the SKS/key fob, will set off the alarm (if fitted).
