My Prius 2007 was jerky on acceleration and traction control came out all the time. When I started accelerating fast, the car was error in complete error(show engine check, vsc, abs, red triangle ) , engine rev up, the car can be driven again after stopped and started again. I had the car scanned at dealer it show P0A78 P0A7A P0A94 PA040 PA041
The codes show that the problem related to inverter and transmission
    1. This problem can be also cause by 12V Aux Battery ? because I can notice my 12V aux battery is very weak at some time.
    2. Or cause by inverter overhead due to short circuit somewhere that lead inverter/converter work harder to convert electric energy to charge 12v battery ?

    Thanks

It would help narrow down the trouble if you could also supply the three digit INF (subcode) related to any of the thrown DTCs.

Click on the little flower (or cloud) looking icon to the left of the DTC, then post both the DTC code with its associated INF(s) please.

I would always start with a good 12v battery.
Bit realistically your problem maybbe much worse.

    Gulp, I'm showing 25 possible subcodes for the P0A78, 14 for the P0A7A, 25 for the P0A94.

Almost all of them list the HV ecu or inverter/converter as a possibility, along with wiring/connectors, motor, transaxle, etc. Sounds like it's going to be a bad day.......

Thanks all guys, I will check three digit INF (subcode), to narrow down the problem.

The problems come from one of the radiator fans was stalled and the inverter was trying harder to supply power to the stalled inverter until it overheat and shutdown the inverter. After disconnected the stalled radiator fan, the car run find.
Thanks all for taking time help with the issue.

    Thanks,

Isn't that interesting. Learn something new every day.

Thanks for posting your findings. it's always good to hear when a solution is found, especially when it's something a bit uncommon.

@TMR-JWAP the dealer said I have to replace inverter and transmission, but it was too much expensive, so I tried to find the solution on my own, luckily I fixed the problem by myself for just few bucks.
