Below is the issue and need your help.
The bluetooth of 2008 Prius recognises only telephone and not Phone audio like music. Hence I connect the phone to the aux input in the center console to play music from phone. When I connect the phone via the Aux input the music is not playing.
I tried changing Aux cables and looks like the fault is not in phone or in aux cables. So narrowing it down to Aux input in center console as a first step.
Does anyone have any images or youtube videos to access the Aux input and remove the part item.
It will be helpful as a DIY else I need to take to shop.
Since the clip is easy to remove thought someone might have photos or videos of removing the aux input

I'm having the same issue in my 2008. Does this Aux jack work? I'm trying to play Pandora on my note 9 phone through the aux jack.

It definitely works on my T-spirit. Make sure the volume is up full on your phone as they sometimes reset to zero when plugging into headphones or aux input
