Check cruise control system

    I have a 2010 package 5 prius.
    And when i press on the cruise-control button, a Message appears staying check cruise control system, and when i press the LKA button, a check LKA system Message, most of the time this Message appears when i press one of these button.
    But sometimes the LKA and cruise control systems work just for a few seconds and then the Message appears and they stop working
    Ps. Both the systems worked fine a while ago.

    welcome!

    sounds like a loose wire. maybe a bad spiral cable from the steering wheel to the systems.

    you really need tech stream for a proper diagnosis though.

    Hi! Any updates after you experienced that problem?
    I have my 2010 package 5 with the same issue
    And it really works most of the time but this exact same message shows and won't go until I turn off the cruise control

    I have a 2010 package 5. I had the same message along with "Check PCS" Amber ABS light, Red Brake light and the Master Caution. For me, it was a left rear ABS wheel speed sensor.
