hi :) looks good. Perhaps the manufacturer (Prolong/Jeff) or Raytheeagle. But I will ask around and let you know.

Hello: asked my boyfriend. He says that based on what he is aware of, those 3 items may work but regarding the first item (fuse) he would does know the correct amperage. And that checking with the manufacturer (Prolong/Jeff), he should be able to give you that info. And the 3rd item he says that only half of the fuse connector is what you would really need. Just make sure it matches and again better to confirm (or acquire one) from manufacturer.

TotallyLost, do you still have the Prolong reconditioning package, & did you ever answer if it includes the wiring harness? If so, I'm interested.

Everyone else, I need some advice. My '05 prius has 207k miles on it. The red triangle lights & all that normally accompany it came on & the code was the 1 saying the inverter pump needed to be replaced. So I replaced it, & the lights went off for a while. They came back on shortly after, & I thought it was for the same reason, but checked the pump & all was cooling fine, so I started driving it. Yesterday, driving home from work, the car started doing some crazy things. First, it revved high going down interstate & started slowly accelerating/maintaining speed on it's own. So I shifted to neutral to see if that would help the revving, but it did not. Once I shifted back to drive, I press the gas, & it doesn't accelerate. So I pull of the side of the road, turn the car off, crank it right back up, & it takes off as it should. I should also mention that during all of this, the air intake fan for the battery has been running this whole time & continued to run the rest of the drive home. Before I made it home, it did all of this again. Got the codes read & I have c1259, c1310, p0A93, p0A80, & p3020. Based on these, I'm pretty sure my HV battery needs replacing/reconditioning.

My question is, will this prolong charger resolve my battery issues, or should I have it replace with another battery all reconditioned? I bought the car with 107k miles on it & now it has 207k miles on it, & I've never done anything to the HV battery. Realistically, what am I looking at in terms of success rate with trying a prolong charger?

Thanks in advance for the help.

The P3020 code indicates that one of the modules in block 10 is stuffed.

This thread covers what you need to do: https://priuschat.com/threads/gen-ii-prius-individual-battery-module-replacement.125588

    In short:
    - Remove battery from the car, and test/assess each module (ie discharge/charge each module three times, and then load test it).
    - Modules that have too low capacity, or fail a load test, get replaced with compatible modules (eg similar age and capacity).
    - Then a Prolong setup will be ideal to ensure that the modules are all balanced.
