2008 Prius ABS Control Module Failure - Questions w/ Diagnostic Screenshots

    Hmm, I do not think that any programming is required relative to replacement of the brake actuator. Check eBay regarding establishing a reference cost of a used unit.

    Does it have an offset-learning step like the gen 3? Maybe that's what somebody would call programming.

    The 'programming' part might relate to bleeding the system that can be done as far as I know with the Toyota Techstream (TS) Diagnostics system. Maybe the mechanic has the system (It can be even bought from Amazon). Overhere in Hungary, this service set me back a few hundred $. This price in the US might be reasonable as I saw a few posts in the Facebook group. It is a big job though.

    True, it is necessary to initialize the linear solenoid valve and calibration.
