Recently replaced the oil in a 2007 Prius with full synthetic 5W-30.
Now I’m getting the maintenance required warning light. Any ideas why?

Yes in your owners manual it will tell you the light will go on after 5000 miles and how to reset it. I suggest you check your owners manual.

Same as above. You have to manually reset the light. Check owners manual or YouTube. Very simple fix

    Youtube or this:

Maintenance Reminder Light - Turn Off

    • Turn on car and change dashboard to show Car Mileage (Not Trip Mileage). Use the "ODO Trip Button" to show this on the dashboard which is to the right of your Hazard Light button.
      • Turn car off
    • Foot OFF the brake

    • Hold "ODO Trip" and Press Power Button 2x
      • Should Go Away
    • Turn car ON as normal and Maint Lights should be gone

    Appreciate the replies.
Tried the reset protocol, but still have the warning light.

The reset procedure might be slightly different depending on model.
But if the above is correct for your year model, read it carefully and follow it exactly.
I had to make a couple of notes in the margin of my manual to get it right in the future.
