I don't think you can see any crack in there, with soap.
You used soap bubble, only if a system is pressurized. So there's no way you could get any leaks showing. Remembered, the modules concerned is/are already leaking (leaked). And if it didn't even leak, how do you get the modules pressurized while its charging? Would be a risks!

Yes I charged the system and waited to get it a bit warm. I temp solved the issue by isolating the mounting bolt from the frame. The cell itself is actually the strongest in the pack. I get 5400mAH. That leads me to the next question. I have a friend that will sell me his 2013 pack from a salvaged Prius 40k miles on it for $500. Or do I get a 1 cell and use my current pack? I tested 1/2 the cells and with my current setup couldn't do a realy fast drain (1.6 amps down to 6.8 volts before time of 180 minutes ran out, had 3800mAH). That seems I have atleast 60% capacity left.

If all 28 modules are original from the 2013 Prius (without some having been swapped in from other vehicles), that sounds quite good.
