Durability Product Quality Survey

    I received email for Durability Product Quality Survey from "Toyota HQ".

    Is that for every prime owner?
    Is there a way to verify if https://ToyotaDurability.com is a legit domain for Toyota?
    In case you have not received it, do you have anything you want me to type in?

    I received the email too. I did the survey and mostly gave the Prime good scores. But said the Entune system is garbage.

    Totally agree with Entune....
    I will ask for a free software upgrade to support Apple CarPlay / Android Auto.

    Steering wheel peel?

    There's also that rusting hatch handle.

    I dinged it for the mysterious 12 volt battery drain problem I experienced.
    Haven’t experienced the rusting hatch handle. Yet.

    I got something like that. I think it was a new car quality survey from Toyota. I gave them pretty bad scores on some things. For example it asked about the rear windshield wiper. So I said the rear windshield wiper is missing, must be some serious quality problems at the factory. I think I said several times that Entune is garbage and I want Android Auto. I also said the tachometer was missing (they must have forgot that too).
