In settings under Bluetooth. Just delete my phone. Then forget connection on the phone.

Are you talking Gen 4? - the photos don't look like one. I see your profile shows "v"

Update to my testing. I tried my wife’s phone which updated last night. It works with no problems. I swapped back over to my phone. Reboot after 30 seconds or so.
Fortunately I’m due for a phone upgrade so I ordered a new one (was happening anyway) and will try that one. Hopefully I don’t have the same issue, but if I do then I’ll take it to the dealer and see what they can find out. Hopefully I won’t need to replace the stereo. If I do though, I’ll swap it for an aftermarket one with CarPlay.

This probably won't help. But I recently had an issue with my unit where although it paired fine it did not download the phone book/recent call list correctly.

I found that if I paired to my head unit using the phone then the error would persist however when I scanned and paired from the head unit then the phonebook etc worked normally. This is also an iOS 13.3 device.
