Purchasing a used passenger side mirror from eBay?

    Hello!
    My passenger side mirror (and the mechanism that moves it) broke but the paint on the cover is still in good condition. I'm seeing options on eBay for replacement but not in my color (Blizzard Pearl), or if they are in my color the paint is too scratched up. Wondering if I can just buy any color mirror, then swap out the cover for the one from my vehicle?
