Any Expected Issues with 07 GS450h?

Depends how long you want to keep it and number of miles driven.

Somewhere between 150,000 and 225,000 you will likely have to deal with the pack.
The battery is nearly a decade old as well, so it would not be unheard of it for it to die in the next few years either.

Get a good deal on the car and set some money aside for a replacement pack.

Or move on to a different vehicle.

Although the 450h is a fun hybrid, that's for sure.
Luxury, power, speed. Much different than the Prius.

 

The most likely problems you will come across are leaking shock absorbers that in the UK are an expensive item at around £300 each plus fitting, and the rear exhaust "Y" section leaking. The rear exhaust from Lexus is £850 in the UK. Most people find it cheaper to buy a purpose made stainless steel system with a lifetime guarantee for around half that cost. There is no off the shelf aftermarket exhaust available in the UK.
In the UK climate the battery does not pose much of an issue as perhaps it does in the warmer US states.

I wonder if any owners with gs450h in canada can chime in since we deal with a lot of salt :$ how's it is in the snow?

 

I’m new to my GSh but I did pick up some Nokian snow/winter tires, it’s ok in snow, my 98 GS400 did better with Bridgestone WS70 tires. I also has Michelin X-I’ve too and the WS70’s seemed better at just pure grip

The GSh has a better stability control with VDIM than my 2GS4, much faster to control it and smoother recovery.
