Not playing games just trying the prolong system as a kit I have only the charger before and just got the discharger, used just for one discharger and it didn’t do to good so as I write am doing the last charge of the full reconditioning so don’t know yep how the battery go to respond until I put it back together, got the hybrid battery out the car because the weather was to hot to do it in the car outside, so just was waiting to see what a prolong full reconditioning do for my battery.

What didn't go so good on your discharge?

Did the pack throw a RTOD already before a discharge? I did 2 discharges over 3 years always just went down to 80 volts both times.
Any lower really stresses the pack imho but that's just an amateur opinion.
    .
Then a 30 hour charge. Ran great.

Never did throw a RTOD it was still running good when I swapped in the NPB pack. Just never wanted to get the RED triangle on the dash call from my wife.

I mean my SOC was going from 4 bars to 2 bars just by driving the car only one block in the morning, but I just did 2 charge and balance and one discharge on that time, now I took the battery out and did the full recipe, 4 charge 3 discharge but because someone recommended leaving the pack couple days along will make the bad modules show them self I didn’t rush to install the battery and couple days later 2 modules showed their faces.

Thinking loud bored while waiting for the replacement modules did the best cleaning ever to my bus bars and nuts, proud of my self, first I wire brush them and last sandpaper, to those replacing modules and have the time to play around if you want to make sure you replacement doesn’t go to make you do the job again, just wait a couple days after you received before installation to make sure the voltage doesn’t drop out the normal parameters because probably there are sellers that charge bad modules and send them on you way, nothing wrong charging then but charging a bad module to fool someone it’s totally wrong.
In my case 4 days was enough for a fully charged module drop the voltage under 7 volts and declared it self bad.
One nut is not cleaned for comparison.

I've been trying to get in touch with 2KToaster regarding an order I placed in August. I've been emailing and leaving texts on his listed phone number since November 4th regarding the status of my order with no reply. I'm beginning to think that I may be forced to take legal action against him. Anyone else have problems with him lately, and if so, should be file a class action suit against his company?

Everyone that has emailed a question should have been responded to. The September, October, and November orders have been stuck in Longbeach. We have a date this week they are ALL supposed to come off of 6 different ships. Nothing much we can do and we've emailed everyone.

I have a policy of not doing business with anyone who threatens lawsuits and posts misleading information. Please PM me your order number, I'll cancel and refund you.

I understand it’s not pleasant you experience with you order I will not, but I just took a look at his website and it clearly say do it to covid long delay can happen, so not need to worry so you can either keep waiting or buy somewhere else, you always can claim you money back from you bank without involved a court for a not received order if you can’t wait, I have a new battery from this company and can’t be more happy and I bet all his customers are too, he has the best battery deal for you car in the entire USA.

This is another reason the USA needs to get off it the Chinese teet and make its own cells and other components. We will probably learn that lesson only after the Chinese cut us off after taking Taiwan soon enough. Ironically today is Pearl Harbor Day.

The answer to failing infrastructure is not to make it worse. Every country in the world should know that their businesses are only as good as their infrastructure. The US was running at 95%+ capacity all the time with backups in there. Anyone who does capacity planning will tell you 95% is NOT the goal! In IT it can be as low as 15%. A lot of engineering, 50%.

The Chinese manufacturing and logistics worked perfectly. The boats arrived in the US and the US has made this queue happen. To make matters worse the really big guys, like Amazon and Walmart are paying huuuge amounts of money to skip the line. That's why we've been pushed back to now, because it's basically too late for large warehouse companies to get stock on the shelves for Christmas and nothing was happening before Black Friday. We can't pay a few million dollars extra to make sure the cargo comes ashore ahead of everyone in line. But we have always had a policy, even during covid and today, that you can get a full refund up until your shipper has been processed which is a few days before it gets sent to you.

There is no reason we can’t make the cells here other than the fact that we choose not to. And that is not your fault, it is caused by the big guys who offshore jobs for various reasons. Hopefully the USA gets its act together but time is running out.

that might have been the old way of being successful

Oh but gotta be lean, some companies were over 100% utilization for years because they ran overtime plus during maintenance periods

The response to supply issues has been to double down, gotta be more lean and thus unpredictable.

The most various of these is the cost of manufacture. There is no way American (or any country's) consumers will wholly get on board and support local manufacture purely because they have been conditioned to cheap overseas manufacturing and as each generation becomes more selfish, it increasingly becomes a more 'me' focused scenario. If you were to do the cost analysis you'd be staggered at the cost difference. The consumer backlash would be so great that no one supplier would choose to have their product manufactured locally.
Sadly this will never happen unless the global economy paradigm is dismantled. There are too many economists and accountants with a great deal of influence to ever let this happen.

The cost difference argument is a red herring. The reason Chinese products are cheaper is because their costs of production there do not have the labor, regulatory and environmental protection expenses that are in the USA. So we offshore our environmental guilt and incur instead the costs of unemployment here. All the while enriching a totalitarian state and breeding a generation of unemployed and unskilled people in the USA.
The political and and the corporate elites are In cahoots and the working man and taxpayers suffer.

Correct Another. Either we pay the extra amount to have it done environmentally correct, or give money to other countries. Seems to be the norm. Been this way for decades.

No, you won't. Your website promised an incorrect ship date. I called you out on it and you offered me a refund via email on August 21, I accepted the next day, and I reached out again to you on August 26 to check the status. You ghosted me and never provided the refund, I had to file a chargeback, and I have yet to receive any confirmation that the refund has been issued as a permanent credit.

I placed my order Order #1104 3/11/22. Paid $1,600 in full. No battery received
I understand if you have problems getting the batteries in but I do not understand your lack of communication.
I have been asking for a full refund that you assured me we could get any time before shipping.
    Where is my refund?
