DIY 12V Battery Replacement Add'nl Info

    Just going by the voltage, looks it's still ok. But considering the age, I'd get an electronic load test. There are relatively inexpensive such testers available, automotive retailers often have them and will test for free, and dealerships as well have them, but will likely charge you, somewhere between $50~100. If I was buying one today it'd probably be Solar BA9. Ancel is another popular brand.

    Anyone tried a trickle charger to get volts on the circuit?

    Not sure what you mean, in particular the part I made bold. Our ‘10 is low usage these days, and I keep the 12 volt battery on a smart charger pretty much constantly. I’m using a CTEK 4.3 (current iteration is called CTEK 5 IIRC; essentially the same AFAIK).

    Just during a battery swap.
    Anyway OBE! AutoZone did it without any issues on the 2019.
    Highlander is a bigger project when that day comes.
