    Will need way more detail.

Where does it sound like it's coming from?

    What does it sound like?

Does it happen only while moving?

    Engine running and/or not running?

    ..as a start

Sounds like coming from passenger front
Only while moving will go away with the a Touch Of accelerater or brake

only hear when moving any speed
Best way to discribe is like having blizak snow tires on kind of a constant noise

If it were me, I'd pop the front passenger wheel off and do a visual inspection. Also check for play in the wheel and rotate it (before taking it off) to see if anything seems off. It sure does sound like a wheel bearing issue (I have very little experience with wheel bearing issues though). Go on youtube and search wheel bearing diagnosis videos and maybe there's something with a similar sound or you can get some info on how to test it.

Maybe, but wheel bearing noise is more typically affected by cornering than by braking or acceleration---both of which S.J. says stop the noise.
