I know there's no videos on it but I believe if I change the internal, I could makes it happen. I'm just worried if I open the lithium pack, it would void the warranty. So I have to make sure, I can do it. Haha

No idea what country you're in - here, I'm certain you'd void the warranty - not just on the Battery - but also on the entire Computer/Electronics which ... could do anything. Different voltage, and power current characteristics. The charging system would be entirely different - LiION needs a Float Charge very different from a NiMH.

You might also want to check with your Motor Transport mob - whether it meets the Design Rules - for fire safety, electrical safety and emissions.

Why would you want to change it?

You could talk to a HYBRID Specialist - they might have some clues.

Yes, you will void the warranty, if you modify it. You should be able to open it since there are no seals on it, but make sure you put it together absolutely right and don't change anything.

You could check with these guys (https://projectlithium.com). They have a Gen 4 version, but I would not make ANY changes till the warranty expires in another four years. And, according to the website, they are sold out now.

I can't figure out why people use postal ZIP codes rather than just city and state. The ZIP sure tells people a lot more about you than the city and state.

Zip code is a very US-centric locator, cryptic as heck, and leaves international readers scratching their heads.
