    Hello
I installed an oil catch can on my 2018 Prime. Everything checked out on the test drive. After about 1,500 miles I checked the can and it was about 75% full of water with very little oil mixed in it kind of like salad dressing. Had a brownish color and spicy smell.

My reference is the oil catch cans on our 2010-2013 Prius’ and they are usually filled with oil.

Is the water normal for the newer models?
