I replaced the 12 v battery 6 months ago , I left the car sitting for few days when I tried to start it, the car was dead( no lights,) so I jumped up it. Took the car to check the battery , 2 places said the battery was good. This started happening very often like every other day, everytime I take the car to check the battery it comes out good no issue ( good battery) ( no check engine)
Now the car will never start without a jump....
Can u plz help me figure out the problem

    Welcome to PriusChat!!

Recheck the replacement work, some of the connections might be loose or corroded, including where the ground straps at the body.

    FYI : you're moderated until you've posted 5 times.

Sounds like you have a drain on the battery when the car is off

Check the battery’s connections. With a volt meter, first check voltage between the two battery posts. Then check voltage between bare metal of the car body, and the jump start terminal in the fuse box in the engine compartment. If the second check shows much lower voltage there’s likely a poor connection in the wiring.
