i would put the car back together and try using tech stream. if you are capable of building a grid charger, you should be able to get a mini vci up and running

I don’t have tech stream but I have a nice scanner. It’s a Zurich ZR15. It will read all modules down to a headlight module if needed. The problem is I can’t get the scanner to make contact with the computer. The obd2 has 12 v at the port but I can’t get it to scan the car. I do have an update-
Pulled battery from keyfobs to test them. Both weren’t in great shape so I changed them. But it didn’t do anything- I don’t think it would matter as I’m using they key slot anyways. I’m going to send the combo meter off today since I have it out. I’ll re visit the car when I get back from a work trip. Hopefully the combo meter is back so I can at least get that all put back together. I have heard people talking about the inverter water pump shorting out- my fuse is fine though. I might still try and unplug it to see if it makes a difference.

Tried to unplug the inverter water pump and have no luck. I have the combo meter boxed up and ready to go. If anyone has any ideas on this let me know and I’ll try it. I won’t get back home for a week but hopefully the combo meter is finished and done by then.

You can disconnect the inverter pump at the plug shown in the image below. This is a more convenient place than at the connection on the pump housing.

When messing with the HV battery, did you lock the interlock properly?
