I have a 2020 Prime. I had not driven for a few days, but my wife and daughter had. As I drive, I have the eco diary displayed with miles per kWhr, so I can track my efficiency. I went out on Sunday and noticed that the eco diary was showing 0 and not updating as I was driving. Further testing shows ALL of my daily history has been set to 0. Other historical data, such as monthly summaries, are still populated. Not sure what to check to fix this. Suggestions?

Health of the 12V battery? Scan for codes? Do Primes get over-the-air updates? Obvious software glitch.

I whish it had OTA updates so they could fix that stupid bug where the kWh/km (mpg for you down there) display shows over 10 kWh since the average is around 15. Unless you're decelerating, that display is always full. I've read that in Europe, it's a 40 kWh scale. Don't know who had the stupid idea to use a 10 kWh scale here in Canada

Check the date, only time that has happened is when the 12V battery was disconnected. Once I corrected the date, everything went back to normal. Hopefully you have since corrected it but if that wasn't the problem let us know what it was.
