You could buy a tap the size of the plug to clean out the threads.
Put grease the groove to catch any material.
When I have a head off, I clean the lower part of the spark plug hole then run
a plug from the piston side then I know the I won't have a problem with a new plug.

It is unlikely four plug threads are bad much less one. No compression probably means something wrong on the cams, rocket arms or caps. It has happened before.

    I would measure the compression.

I’m leaning towards something to do with the valves too. Was hoping maybe one of those washers came off a spark plug or something. I do not know.
We’ll know soon because I’m about to dig in to it again

How does one crank a Prius to do a compression test with a manual gauge?

Back in the day, that would be read as a tad bit unbalanced.

Intake rockers for #4 laying in the valley. Timing marks for reference.

The rockers appear to be undameged. Could collapsed lifters let the rockers fall off?

Argh. Hmm. Those two intake valves, do they rise up as far as they should now, to seat fully closed?

No they don’t, by about .100”
Looks like I bent the valves somehow
