    Thanks..

The ABS Actuator, is making that krrr noise every few seconds even during driving.

Please check this YT video -> July 18, 2024 - YouTube

Once car is locked, it settles down. No codes or lights yet. Replace it only when the ABS light is on with codes? Also found the same unit in the trunk. Seems they replaced it, may be installed a used part and that is also failing. 44500-47141 seems to be the new part number. Wonder if they fixed the issues with the original one in this version.

Also which cable most of the people are using for techstream? Did anyone used Foxwell Toyota Pack. Looks like i need it to bleed the brake actuator once replaced. Some kind of adjustment also needs to be done with software? I remember reading it, but lost the details

you can replace it anytime between now and when you get a warning. you might be wasting money now, if decide to sell sometime. no telling how long it will last

I will replace it when the warning light turns on and planning to use new OEM from the dealer. Used parts for mechanical items are not good idea. Its like ~$1.2k.

Trying to figure out which one to buy. Toyota pack for Foxwell or cable+Techstream. To bleed and align abs

Autel AP200? I have seen several people note that it has a brake bleed procedure, but just looked and couldn't find a post where somebody successfully used it. Still, I vaguely recall that some people had successfully made it all the way through the brake protocol with that.

mini-VCI with Techstream I don't think I recall anybody making it all the way through the brake procedure. Even if they did, you have no way of knowing if the "mini-VCI" they used is the same as the one you received.

Thanks.. i just started a conversation with him.

How many engine/transmission mounts are there? 3 as below? Trying to make a list of items i need to address in near future. I still haven't checked them, but with the mileage of 146k, they may be in bad shape.

    Center Rod - Toyota (12363-21030)
    Insulator - Toyota (12305-21190)
    Trans Mount - Toyota (12306-21030)

The Autel worked when I bled-flushed my brakes a few months ago. I put a charger on the 12V battery because it can take some time, and the procedure is much easier with a second person to help.

Thanks for confirming that that Autel function actually works. For the AP200 to communicate the car is (probably) in IG-ON. In that mode the inverter isn't running (which is why the voltage test on the MFD is possible). What kind of current draw does the car make on the 12V in that mode? Asking because the Viking charger I have from HF says it is 4A, but in reality it is 2A at 12V, and I can imagine the computers pulling more current than that in IG-ON.

    Thank you..

It seems 2500 is the new version. MaxiAP AP2500 | Autel .

Can it do the linear valve offset thing? Needed after abs actuator replacement.

I have a 12V battery charger bought from walmart with multiple options. Guess it was like $50. Bought it when i was updating the firmware on my bmw's DME (ECU) and EQS (transmission computer). It was taking like 30 minutes to do it with the bmw's DIS software.
