    Some ordinary classics.

    An original little xB.

A Ford Five Hundred, the FWD replacement to the Crown Vic. Which was renamed Taurus by a new CEO. Also a Freestyle, the wagon/crossover sibling. Became the Taurus X before a redesign made it the unibody Explorer.
The diesel model can actually be had with a shorter body, or longer. Is the city version the size of a xB?

edit: not a vehicle, but did see an old Airstream trailer in on the road.

Today I saw two remote-controlled miniature Toyota BZ4X model cars being tested on the Olympic athletics field. Some sort of marketing tie-in. I think it's to return the discus after each throw or something like that; we did something similar in Japan 3 years ago for the 202One games.

Nah it definitely looked longer than the xB, but not by a lot.

Looked about the size of a minivan from the photos. The EV is only available in the middle size, but ICE models can be about a foot shorter or longer. Then there is a City model around the size of the Transit Connect.

I remember really liking those when they first entered my rental diet. I understand the goal was to duplicate the cabin volume of the crown vic without exceeding the parking dimensions of the prior Taurus.

Whether that was their goal or not, it was a very roomy sedan that was easy to park. I wish they still had something like it in their lineup.

My family owned a 65 Fairlane 289. I swore it was a Fairlane 500 model until I took a look to make sure, it was a long time ago.... Turns out from what I'm seeing the Fairlane 500 was the 2 door coupe.

Our car was the 4 door sedan. Looked pretty much the same as the Fairlane 500 above.

I also saw an Aptera on i476 just north of Philly a few months ago.
I took some pics last summer of a decent looking 66 El Camino parked at a park a few blocks from home. It was a bright sunny morning and the pics are a bit overexposed. My cameras got way to many setting to try to adjust for stuff like that with the amount that I use the camera.
