    Some ordinary classics.

    An original little xB.

A Ford Five Hundred, the FWD replacement to the Crown Vic. Which was renamed Taurus by a new CEO. Also a Freestyle, the wagon/crossover sibling. Became the Taurus X before a redesign made it the unibody Explorer.
The diesel model can actually be had with a shorter body, or longer. Is the city version the size of a xB?

edit: not a vehicle, but did see an old Airstream trailer in on the road.

Today I saw two remote-controlled miniature Toyota BZ4X model cars being tested on the Olympic athletics field. Some sort of marketing tie-in. I think it's to return the discus after each throw or something like that; we did something similar in Japan 3 years ago for the 202One games.

Nah it definitely looked longer than the xB, but not by a lot.

Looked about the size of a minivan from the photos. The EV is only available in the middle size, but ICE models can be about a foot shorter or longer. Then there is a City model around the size of the Transit Connect.

I remember really liking those when they first entered my rental diet. I understand the goal was to duplicate the cabin volume of the crown vic without exceeding the parking dimensions of the prior Taurus.

Whether that was their goal or not, it was a very roomy sedan that was easy to park. I wish they still had something like it in their lineup.

My family owned a 65 Fairlane 289. I swore it was a Fairlane 500 model until I took a look to make sure, it was a long time ago.... Turns out from what I'm seeing the Fairlane 500 was the 2 door coupe.
1965 Ford Fairlane 500 - Information and photos - MOMENTcar
Our car was the 4 door sedan. Looked pretty much the same as the Fairlane 500 above.

I also saw an Aptera on i476 just north of Philly a few months ago.
I took some pics last summer of a decent looking 66 El Camino parked at a park a few blocks from home. It was a bright sunny morning and the pics are a bit overexposed. My cameras got way to many setting to try to adjust for stuff like that with the amount that I use the camera.

Was going to say Taurus, but that is gone with every other car. Then Ford's CEO recently said Americans need to fall in love with small cars. Ain't going to happen if you don't sell an actual car.

Walked around a neighbourhood and saw two silver Gen 4 Tauruses! One of each engine - one had the standard Vulcan OHV and the other had the optional Duratec DOHC V6 (just reading the emblems on the lower part of the fender).

Saw a Ferrari FF and a Scion xA (never sold in Canada so it's definitely a US import)

Had a 1996 Taurus with the Vulcan(Ranger also had that engine) and a 2000 Sable with the Duratec. The torque curve of that Duratec was more engaging than a 4 cylinder turbo's.

Should have held onto to the Taurus for a little longer. Got the Sable in 2004, and had it until 2017. Low miles, but the rust was starting to add up.

Sat in one of the last gens while shopping. Wife found it too big, and choose the Camry. I think Ford was still giving it a tow rating then.

Well I found a corner of an underground parking garage full of Olympic wrapped and tagged Mirais and Proace EV vans. Half of them were fired up with the drivers sleeping in them, awaiting orders to move somebody somewhere.

I had a minute, so I tried the camera-based measuring tool in my phone on the Proace, and it said the wheelbase was 118".

Accepting the measurement is right, it is a ProAce City Verso(has rear windows) Electric XL.
    Citroën e-Berlingo - Wikipedia

I think most here in the US have see Ford Transit and Transit Connect vans by this point; same basic relationship with the ProAce and ProAce City. There is some overlap between the smaller ProAce and larger ProAce City lengths. The City is shorter and thinner in the other dimensions.

So yeah, cyber truck not so rare in many areas. But over 220 miles from the closest service Center, Montana, cyber truck sitting in the Home Depot parking lot today. I think it's the same one we saw at a musical performance at the local city college just a few months ago.

It’s not available in Canada but I have seen a few Cybertrucks with temp plates. Maybe it’s the same one lol.

Saw an early model year Chevrolet Beretta with collector plates.

Lancer Evolution V or VI. Couldn’t see the badge.

Saw a later model Chevy Corvair convertible, a Triumph TR4 and a Dodge Dart convertible. Lots of
cars getting ready for the Woodward Dream Cruise on 8-17.

Blue oval emblem in front indicates ford. Model A Rumble seat? Whether or not it's a kit is another inquiry.

Gassing up a Subaru loner on the way to the service center to pick up our minivan today. Then this 383 stroker pulled up alongside. Very well kept up.

Last week saw a Cybertruck with a green wrap that said Cyberbeast. Didn't know what it could mean at the time.

Another ordinary classic; a Dodge Magnum.

F10 (2010) BMW 520i Euro spec. Kept the euro plate holder and also had anftermarket orange reflectors stuck onto the wheel well underneath the parking lights to make it road legal here.

Chevrolet Silverado EV. Not sure which trim but it had the smaller rims with high profile tyres. I think it was body coloured bumpers (it was a black truck)
