Is it recommended to get oil changes at the dealership? I've read online that some people are highly against it, because they don't use top tier oil or something, and they use their own house brand.

I found a dealership service coupon online; $199 for 5 oil changes and tire rotations including full synthetic oils. Im tempted to buy but not sure of the quality.

If its free than its fine... That's what dealerships are best used for. But if you expect anything more than freebies, warranty repair and recall work from Toyota Stealership than you're an unwittingly about to watch your bank go down significantly by way of all their various scams. As in they use the oil change to sell you stuff you don't need.

Dealership should be fine, but check the oil level before you leave
