I am looking at replacing the struts and rear shocks on my 2013 prius V. I know the dust boots need to be replaced as they have torn but is are there any other rubber parts that need to be replaced while im in there? Trying to see if its going to be cheaper just to do the ready to go strut assemblies or just the struts. Also any sway parts or end link parts? Thanks in advance

You will need a spring compressor to replace just the inside strut portion rather than the easier and less dangerous complete assembly. You should also go oem if you want them to last. Finally if they are not leaking oil, new ones won’t improve handling or ride assuming you have oem now. Only exception would be if a spring was causing a sag on one corner which would still be the same answer for me, complete oem assemblies.
