Anyone successfully cleared permanent P0A80 DTC?

    Ok, I've spent an afternoon and a morning trying to follow procedure to clear this DTC. What I may doing wrong? I am following Chilton Library instructions:
    Confirmation driving pattern
    1. Connect techstream to DLC3
    2. Turn the power switch on (IG) and turn the Techstream on.
    3. Clear the DTCs (even if no DTCs are stored, perform the clear DTC procedure)
    4. Turn the power switch off
    5. Turn the power switch on (READY) and turn the techstream on. (I don't understand why you need it on at this step)
    6. Perform a "Universal trip".
    7. With the select lever in N, leave the vehicle until SOC drops to 30%
    8. Enter the the menus powertrain/hybrid control/trouble codes
    9. check that permanent DTCs are cleared (the P0A80 still shows up as permanent only)
    10. Notes, if permanent DTC is not cleared, repeat step 6 and 7.
    Definition of universal trip:
    1. Put the engine in inspection mode (this step requires you to start it with the engine off, and on IG, otherwise the mode cannot be enabled)
    2. idle the engine for 30 seconds or more
    3. Drive the vehicle at 25mph or more for a total of 5 minutes or more
    4. allow 10 minutes or more to elapse from the time the engine is started.
    For entering "inspection mode" (actually the dash screen shows Maintenance Mode)
    I had used VTCI cable and laptop with Techstream.
    I had used BT dong and Dr. Prius app. and OBDLink
    and the manual step with a device which is " on IG and within 60 seconds push 2x accelerator when in parking, push 2x accelerator when in neutral and push 2x accelerator when in parking. Then turn on (ready).

    I had done step 6 and 7 three times:
    • First 3 times cycle, by not turning off the engine when repeating step 6. Since I was already on "Maintenance mode" I considered no need to turn it off so that I can enable that mode again.
    • Second 3 times cycle, turning off the engine for step 6 (Universal trip graphs shows to start it off, then +30s iddle, +5min over 25mph, and wait for total 10 minutes since started the engine to switch it off.
    • Since there is a "hint" that the driving pattern can be performed consecutively in the same driving cycle, so before I switch it off, i left it on N until SOC reach lower than 30%
    I am not getting any new or pending DTC, so it is an indication that my HV battery is acceptable now after the repair, no more "check hybrid system". But that permanent P0A80 dtc is still there. Any clue what I am doing wrong or what step I am missing? May be I need to let the car cooldown before the next universal trip is performed? I noticed there is "number of warm-ups since DTCs cleared" so may be "3" or higher number.
