update found the purge sensor disconnected. plugged in got 34 mpg in traffic today. normally 38-40 on 70 degree days.
i don't think its 1 tooth off. i listened here thinking it was a head gasket with a cheap bad borescope..the pistons looked night and day all good.
i get the rumble when it starts 40% of the time. and on taking off till 30 mph. if i floor the car it goes fast.
in the past a clean egr cooler fixed this. runs just a little worst before much better.
in the suburbs. the car gets 40 mpg to 50 mpg. before new gasket.
i also had Rumble with a bad hybrid battery. could I have a bad injector.?? thanks in advance

You should go over EVERYTHING. Check every connector, hose, everything.
You've found several things not connected.... you may have more.

Seems like all is connected proper. 2 things.
Should I spray the manifold with soapy water to see if I got a leak.?
And the fuel injectors were very grimy on the exterior. Is it possible while I removed they and spray cleaned them. I got 1 more cloged?
At this point besides timing chain. I don't know what to look for. Overall the car don't run horrible.
Just the rumble when starting. But like this am after sitting.it may not rumble over night . But will thur out the day. During fuel acceleration. At fuel power it's good.
Upon checking the timing marks. Other guy here says on crank you can see the marks ??
    Explain how.
I have no problem removal of covers to check. I just think it's something simple.
No more codes . Had a engine power code and cly 1 code. All are gone now.
not just in historical. But regular code.
Evap Code is only code left in history only. All codes are gone. No check engine 100+miles driven in city 50. Screenshot_20240930_084939_Gallery.jpg

Remove the rocker cover. Rotate crank shaft to TDC.
Look at the cam sprockets, do they line up like they did when you first put
the timing chain on? You will NOT get the timing chain colored link, unless you are
lucky, or turn the crank enough times so they do. Just look where the SPROCKETS are.
If they are on the marks, or place, then the timing is good.

Don't spray water on the intake. Spray carb cleaner where the intake mates to the head.
And spray any vacuum connections. (while the engine is running). If there is a leak, the engine
    will change speeds.

If the injectors were fine before doing the head gasket, it's likely they still are.
