place 7-11 in the serial number is the model number
then:
20th day of the 9th month of the year 2008

=September 20, 2008?

or it may be Aug 9, 2009 (which may make more sense for a 2010 model vehicle)

sometimes I forget the exact order of those serial numbers

 

Digit 12 & 13 are for year. Digit 14 is for month and digit 15 & 16 are for day.

In 2022 the coding has changed.
