hybrid battery level with a Obd2

    Hello....I did a scan with car scanner on the battery pack and 7 cells show an average of 16.6 and the other 7 show 17.1. However the car had not run for a couple days. Can that be normal as I've been reading that the up and down level can happen when the car has been parked for a while. I will try again after a little trip and see. Meanwhile I would like to hear from the pro's on this forum. thank you in advance.

    Prius 2010
    Mileage 119K
    All liquids changed with toyota brand.
    Burns one quart of oil per 800 miles

    clean the egr circuit if you haven't
