Can BSM be added to an XLE? i.e add 2 mirrors, 2 rear sensors and the rear control unit? Would this be plug and play, recognized on the canbus and just start working? Or is anything else needed? Thanks everyone!
The usual answer is no, you can't just plug in oem parts and expect it to work. Toyota is bad about leaving out cables for options not initially installed and using different software as well. The easiest solution is to trade the car for a trim that comes with it. However there are aftermarket options that could be added but would not be as integrated.
