    Hey everyone,

I'm looking to upgrade my factory backup camera for an HD variant. Is this possible on a 2007 Prius Touring with nav? I want to keep it stock as much as possible. Plug-n-play would be ideal but if a wire harness/adapter are required it's not an issue.

    Side story...
My friend had it sitting in the driveway for a year and wanted to get rid of it. I decided to take it off his hands and got to work. It was completely dead (aux battery) and needed a few repairs (coolant valve, dash combo meter inop, flat tire, O2 sensor and bad HV modules). After about 3 weeks of leisurely working on it I was able to bring it to life 100%. Just got the state inspection done and in the process of registering it. Anyway, now I looking to do minor upgrades to the car.

After doing some research I was unable to find my answer and came here.

Hey not too sure if u figured this out yet, but there is a way to do this due to you having the nav system! It does cost 549$
It just integrates with your NAV system and it seems it doesnt brick anything with the nav system so you can still use it with climate control and all that. Its gromaudio and adds carplay.
