Agreed! Anything else you try will be met with a brick wall stopping your forward progress...

Well.... Unless you have a PHEV like me then... you can get well over 70kWh like I am about to... :)

This thread is to discuss the LiBSU product.
This isn't the thread to discuss NexPower products.
Please post all NexPower discussion elsewhere.

Mine's been great! Very happy with it.

You'll always have the trouble makers that have nothing better than to be negative and
want others to be sucked into their depressed world.

No product is perfect. And negative stuff is what's heard the most.
Look at prius chat, take away the negative, and it would be very thin....

New technology is happening all the time. 5 or 10 years from now there could be some
new type of battery that is half the size and twice power for half the cost.

And you'll certainly have people complaining about it. Because complaining is their life!

Maybe that testimonial (which is fine) could be appropriately moved to a thread about the product it's a testimonial for.

@Tideland Prius, can you please remove these off topic posts... every post starting from #20 up to and including this one. Yes, I've 'reported' all these posts as they were made over the past several days.

Reminder: This thread is for discussing LiBSU, not NexPower products.

No one hacked me. Just speaking the truth.
I hear someone is crying about my posts? Are they afraid of competition?
Is it all about "them"? Well of course it is.....

If someone doesn't like the post, just don't read it. Or use the ignore function.

Isn't this suppose to be a place to express your opinions, freely? Or do some get to
    dictate who's allowed to post?

Or if Tideland doesn't feel like completely removing all the posts plugging some other battery, maybe move them to one of the existing threads for talking about that other battery, and replace them here with one post saying "there's also another battery some folks like, and it's discussed over here".

The point is just to not have a thread about LiBSU get hard to follow for having many off-topic posts separating the on-topic ones.

The entire point of forums is to have separate threads for separate topics.
For example, in this thread the topic is LiBSU, not NexPower.

You must be hearing things, then.
I'm just asking the moderator to remove off-topic posts, including yours.
Reminder: This thread is to discuss LiBSU.

    Nope.
    Not one bit.
    Zero concern.

In this case it's all about this thread's topic: LiBSU.

Suppose I start spamming every thread with "Buy my LiBSU" posts.
Surely the moderator – as well as forum members – would grow tired on my constant shilling?

Alternate take: I suppose you are granting me permission to write whatever I want in any thread you create? Are you sure you want to walk down that road? Do you want a forum whose sole moderator tolerates that?

@Tideland Prius: If you ever decide to clean up this thread, please feel free to delete everything from #21 up to and including this post (and probably the next several posts to come).

A few questions RE: LiBSU - share what you're willing:

    - Will any parts be mechanically interchangeable between the Gen2 (XW20) and NiMH Gen3 (XW30) Prius? I have gotten two Gen2 Prii back on the road after battery issues in the last year, and own a third one (it's part of why I'm less active on InsightCentral). I had the good experience of tearing down a MY2016 Prius V NiMH battery and installing it in an '07 Prius, so I really appreciate the mechanical interchangeability.

    - How much of the battery enclosure do you expect to reuse in your design?

    - Are you still in the selection process for cells?

    - Note: I'm happy to contribute however I can to support expansion to cover the Gen2 Prius, assuming I can distribute my work under an open license.
