Owner of a very respectable shop told me, “On rear drive cars, caster is more important than camber. On FWD cars, camber is more important than camber. Unrelated, at a Moog/Monroe seminar I was told by an instructor, to set the toe to 0 degrees. I raised my hand and said “ what models, what years?” To which he replied “ all models, all years”. I was surprised but restrained myself. Make of these stories what you will.
Hello all, Just had an alignment and after everything has been aligned, learning there is a 'camber' issue that falls outside the scope of the alignment and the shop said I had to talk to a store manager when they are back in the shop. They mentioned aftermarket kits. Fair amount of digging online and maybe more confused then when I learned of the need. 2021 Prime I am handy enough around cars, have a torque wrench and such. Is this something easy enough for a first-timer, or not worth the effort and hire a shop to fix?
