I am trying to troubleshoot the code DTC (B1242 Wireless Doorlock Tuner circuit) on my 2010 Prius I have no SKS function at all and need to hold the Key fob to the start button to start the car, I did have someone run into the drivers door before all of this started but it was working up until I had a flat 12v battery and then I noticed the key fob was not being detected, even had a car locksmith come to make a new key fob but that did not work either, he said his scanner was detecting a fault on the SKS system?

I scanned it myself using a Techstream interface I bought off Amazon and got the code B1242 Wireless Doorlock Tuner circuit, I have had the drivers door panel off and had a look at the SKS sensor and it all looks fine, does anyone know where all of the sensors/antennas are located there is somthing located near the high voltage battery that looks like an Antenna but I cannot be certain are there any behind interior panels or body panels that you know of?

    Some photos attached

    Any help greatly appreciated.

Look at all the door wiring is everything in good shape when the door got smashed nothing got crushed? You got a new door and they pulled you're wiring through that or used the doors wiring as from salvage?. So the door wiring is your original or came with the salvage door that you had to buy to put on the car ? Or this is all worked fine since the accident this is a new problem!

The door dent was only minor more of a scrape then an actual impact but the insurance company replaced the door from what I could see after I took the inner door panel off, it came back to me with a fully working SKS system no problems at all otherwise I would have got them to sort it out, the problem really seemed to arrive after I had a 12v battery go flat on me, I have replaced the 12v for a brand new one also the Fob Battery is also new, I noticed every now and then the function of the SKS would randomly return but only for a short time?, when I clear the B1242 Code from Techsteam it reappears after a few seconds?

How long ago did they replace the door? They had to move everything over.
They easily could have damaged a wire, and it gets moved just a little to become an issue
    somethings.
You should contact your insurance company and let them know the issue and what they will do
    about it.
Unless it's been months and months....
