Hello I'd like some insight from others regarding a horn issue with my 2015 prius one. Originally there were many problems: airbag light and traction lights were illuminated on the dash, the aforementioned horn did work if the steering wheel was turned a specific way and would randomly just non stop go off, and lastly the a/c buttons on the steering wheel wouldn't work but the volume buttons did. All that being said today I replaced my clock spring and everything has been solved except the horn. When these issues first occurred I unplugged both horns because I was in a parking lot. Then now that the clock spring has been replaced I connected the horns again. Now they won't work at all. Not when I angle the steering wheel or press the panic button on the key fob. Personally I think it could be the relay, wires, or the horns themselves. I have checked the fuse it's fine. Again I'm open to any new perspectives on this issue. Any help is welcome.

Shouldn't be too hard to troubleshoot. I'd start by taking off the steering-column shroud and poking a wire between L52 pin 8 (yellow wire) and body ground, and seeing if the horns honk. If not, I'd do the same at the connections progressively closer to the integration relay. And so on.
