I had a broken window and had a Safelite replacement installed. My window did not leak before the installation but is leaking after the job was complete. I watched the installer throughout the process. There was no rust around the window frame and the installer put a continuous healthy bead of sealant where the window would rest. My point is that I don’t think it is the window that is leaking. The wiper assembly was removed before installation and replaced after the window installation was complete. When it rains, water seems to be collecting somewhere and when the car is moved, water runs in from behind the dash either to the far right or far left of the foot well depending on the direction the car is turned. My question is: Do you know of anything with the windshield wiper assembly that might not have been reinsstalled correctly that might cause this leaking problem? Is there another problem that I should be looking for? I texted the installer but have not heard back from him as of yet.

Thanks for the help … Michael

Drains on the wiper tray are clogged on both sides. Then overflows into the air intake of your air handler in the passenger compartment. 14 mm socket pulls off the three nuts and then you pull off the wiper arms and then the plastic cover comes up off the wiper tray. Check the left and right sides of it because it's probably clogged at both ends. Use a vacuum. Report back so we can learn from your experience

Thank you for the guidance. The passenger side drain actually had a bit of water pooling and the drivers side drain had debris that might have impeded water flow. I vacuumed and blew out both drains. I will report back as to if this solved the problem. Thanks so much…
