In looking at my tpms' rubber stem, it doesn't seem to have enough room for the skirted model, but who knows.
I ordered some of the short ones.
    I like the gasket.
    Thanks.

Metal TPMS valves are using the small caps.

The long caps with a skirt are for rubber TPMS valves with a tapered end.

But then some rubber TPMS valves are also using regular plastic caps (with a rubber bushing inside). See the second link.

Mine are rubber stems. Replaceable, supposedly.

My previous car a Nissan with TPMS I used metal valve caps without issue. I do use plastic valve caps for my winter wheels.though as I've had the metal ones seize.

The car that I had the problem with was a MINI. I put some fancy valve caps on. As I recall, I tried a pliers on one-pro tip: don't. The tire shop ground (cut) the others off.

The short black caps from Amazon arrived. They seem to fit perfectly, and you really have to look close to notice any difference.

I will order them, too. They are a good alternative to the OEM tire valve caps, which the dealers are losing all the time during service. And they aren’t carrying the OEM caps in stock to save money. The aftermarket caps they use don’t even have the rubber bushing inside. I like the red silicone rubber bushing inside the Amazon caps.

The really long TPMS tire valve cap with a skirt I also mentioned is only compatible with the tapering-type rubber TPMS valve stems, not with the metal stems on the Prius.

Toyota OEM TPMS cap made by Pacific Industrial Co., Ltd. has the part number 90942-05039 (Japan packaged in bags of ten, made in Japan) or 90942-A5002 (apparently identical part, US packaged in bags of ten, made in Japan).

Amazon has cheap options for this TPMS tire valve cap. It is is also available in gray.

Really small black TPMS tire valve cap on Amazon (same type and color as the one made by the Toyota OEM Pacific)

My stems are rubber and I still think they won’t fit.

The very long TPMS tire valve caps with a skirt apparently only fit the tapered-type rubber TPMS valve stems as in models B-9073 and B-9100 in the picture below.
