I spent today looking over all the connections and testing the relays and the resistors. They all test good and continuity is good. The battery block voltages are all close together at 15.+ volts. The continuity for the orange cables on the battery tested good and they are clean since I just had it out of car and reconditioned it. I inspected the HV wires at the inverter as well as I could and didn't see any corrosion. I tried to get the connector in the front of the inverter pulled to look inside but could not figure out how to do it. I tested the A/C by turning it on and turning up the fan and it was working as far as I could tell. So I am stuck at what to do next. I've thought of just breaking down and installing another HV battery but I'm not sure that is the problem. Any suggestions from anyone?

Again, can you post pics of the HV relays and wiring?
The ecu actuates the main relay 3 (high current negative) and main relay 1 (low current positive through the resistor).
If the ecu doesn't detect the correct (high) voltage at the inverter at that time, it sets P3004-131.
If the voltage is ok, then relay 2 (high current positive) is closed and the car "goes ready".

Trying to upload pics but can't seem to get it done. Tried different things but I think I have forgotten how I did it before. I'll get it done.

If you need more I can do that.

Tonight I came out and took the cover off to test all the modules to find out how much they have dropped since balancing them. They were at 8.1 a few days ago and now they are 7.92. out of curiosity I tried to read the total voltage between the two orange wires going from the hybrid battery up to the inverter. I could not get a reading. I set the volt meter to 600v and put the black lead from the volt meter on a shock bolt for ground and the red lead to the orange cable with the resistor hooked to it. Then I moved the black lead to the other orange cable and still nothing. What am I doing wrong or is the positive side SMR telling me it is bad? The white resistor tests at 20 ohm.i feel like I'm getting closer and that it is something simple that I am doing wrong.

You should never be able to measure from the high-voltage system to body ground. The high-voltage system is built to be completely isolated from the car's 12-volt electrical system and from body ground. If you were able to get a reading that way, there would be an isolation fault somewhere. The car actively tests for such faults, and will set a P0AA6 trouble code if one is detected.

Does the dash say READY at this time, or not?

Only when the car is READY are the main relays closed (conducting). If the car is not READY, then "nothing" is the proper reading to see on the car side of the main relays.

On the battery side of the main relays, you should see battery voltage, any time the service plug grip is in place.

Was the car off when you made the voltage measurements?

The car does not say ready yet. The light on the Start button is red, the red triangle is on along with brake , abs, VSC, and check engine light. I put the volt meter leads on the furthest away module on one side and the other on opposite side closest and it read 213v. I pushed the start button to get all the dash lights on and then tried to get volt readings from the hybrid battery but still could not get anything at the orange wires at the relays. I guess I don't understand where to test to find out if the voltage is getting sent to the front.
