rear door won't open from inside

    The rear passenger door won't open from the inside. Opens fine from outside. Child locks are off.

    More than likely the control rod clip broke off or got dislodged; leading to the rod falling out of place.
    You'll need to remove the door panel to do an inspection. DO NOT roll down that window; you can bend or deform that control rod; if it gets caught in the window mechanism.
    You may also have a defective child lock-out assembly, if the control rod isn't dislodged.
