Driving hwy speed getting wind whistle. Can't find a post to known issue. Having trouble locating source. Any traveled this path start points?
Yeah, several times. It's usually due to the black plastic trim at the rear of the front door windows. Take some tape and cover it vertically so half the tape is on the glass and half is on the black plastic. Take it for a drive and see if the noise goes away. I did some cars by using the wide blue painter tape to cover the joints until I found which was making the whistle. Cured the noise every time, so at least the source was found. Eliminating it? A bit more complicated, unless your plastic is getting loose. May just need to seal any gaps.
